Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders to explore, clean, and interpret data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from internal and external sources.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
• Document processes and maintain data quality standards.
• Assist in automating routine reporting tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong attention to detail and a logical mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice To Have:

• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis.

• Knowledge of dbt, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
