Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Snowflake and dbt, who is passionate about building scalable data pipelines, enabling analytics, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines using dbt and Snowflake.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across all datasets.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize data models for performance and usability in analytics workflows.
• Develop and enforce best practices around data governance and documentation.
• Monitor pipeline performance and proactively resolve data issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, dbt Core, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
